One of our other specialties is multi-city tours, often leapfrogging equipment with multiple trucks across the country staging 5 to 15 cities in as many days providing identical equipment in each city for a consistent program. We have done multiple multi-city tours for Dunn & Bradstreet, Daimler-Chrysler, Reckitt & Colman and International Paper, just to name a few.

For the last 15 years AVSS has been working with several meeting planners and production houses doing pharmacy company drug rollouts and sales meetings (Fresenius, Pfizer, Pharmacia, Novartis, Sunovion, etc.). The average meeting is 200-500 people lasting 2-4 days with 1 day for set-up. During peak times AVSS has done up to 6 meetings concurrently providing all staging for the general session as well as 2-12 breakout rooms for each city. AVSS has done as many as 70 breakout rooms for Pharmacia’s National Sales Meetings at one time.

We also do high profile charity events such as the Naples Winter Wine Festival, Boca Raton Concours d’Elegance, Cavallino La Bella Macchina Ferrari event.
