One of our largest show each year (in excess of $1M) is the Pediatric Interventional Cardiac Symposium (PICS) / Adult Interventional Cardiac Symposium (AICS) held annually in a different city each year (nationally and internationally (i.e. Boston, Chicago, Toronto, Orlando, Las Vegas, Buenos Aires, Australia). The main conference consists of 800-1000 doctors & staff that come together for a live, interactive (bidirectional) symposium, as we transmit/receive via satellite over 30 live surgeries being performed by the world’s top pediatric/ cardiologists on location from 10 to 12 of the leading hospitals around the world.

AVSS provides all the staff and the equipment for the main conference as well as all the North American satellite locations. The PICS/AICS show consists of 20-30 staff at the main conference and 5 staff at each remote site for a total crew of over 90 people and in excess of $ 10 million worth of equipment. AVSS coordinates the entire event worldwide months in advance to assure an exceptional show every year.

We also maintains our own fleet of delivery trucks from vans to box trucks all the way up to our new Freightliner Tractor and air ride trailer with liftgate. We can move gear in and out in days, not weeks.
